HOW IT WORKS: We start with introductions and discussion of the financing request. Next, we gather application and financial information for review and submit the loan request to underwriting for preliminary approval at which time a commitment letter may be issued. Upon receipt of the signed commitment letter and deposit, we submit the loan request to our closing department to complete the closing process and fund the loan request
